We’re hiring a Hybrid Sales & Service Representative who wants a long-term career — not just a job. You’ll be the person clients trust to take care of them, while also growing the business through new sales.

What you’ll do
• Manage client relationships — renewals, policy changes, claims support
• Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, and community outreach
• Retain clients by delivering excellent service
• Meet sales goals while maintaining high client satisfaction
Who you are
• A relationship builder — clients remember your name
• Sales-driven — 2+ years of sales experience preferred (commission, retail, restaurant, management)
• Reliable — you show up, follow through, and take ownership
• Willing to get licensed — insurance license not required to start, but you’ll need to get one
