We are a Top 10% State Farm agency looking for a competitive, driven sales professional who wants to build a book of business and a long-term career not just fill a seat. This is a sales role. Responsibilities
✅ Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
✅ Close new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and health lines
✅ Meet and exceed monthly production goals
✅ Build and manage your personal pipeline
✅ Service existing accounts (yes — but it's last on the list)


  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with quota or commission accountability (required)
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting this is not an inbound-only role
  • Must be willing to obtain P&C and L/H insurance license (we support your training)
  • Must be available to work fully in-office no remote or hybrid options

What we offer

Base salary + commission structure. Top producers earn $100,000+/year. Your income is directly tied to your production.

• $32,000-$40,000 base earning potential with top performers earning up to $100K+ (hourly + commission)

We’re looking for our next State Farm agent — someone who wants to learn the insurance business from the inside and eventually run their own agency.

This isn’t a desk job you’ll grow out of. This is a launchpad. You’ll work directly alongside a successful State Farm agent, learn how to build a book of business, develop client relationships, and master the sales process — all while earning competitive pay.

What you’ll do

• Learn the State Farm business model from the ground up

• Build relationships with clients and community members

• Develop sales skills in auto, home, life, and financial products

• Work toward your own State Farm agency ownership

Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
