We’re looking for our next State Farm agent — someone who wants to learn the insurance business from the inside and eventually run their own agency.
This isn’t a desk job you’ll grow out of. This is a launchpad. You’ll work directly alongside a successful State Farm agent, learn how to build a book of business, develop client relationships, and master the sales process — all while earning competitive pay.
What you’ll do
• Learn the State Farm business model from the ground up
• Build relationships with clients and community members
• Develop sales skills in auto, home, life, and financial products
• Work toward your own State Farm agency ownership
Who you are
• Entrepreneurial — you want to own something, not just work somewhere
• Coachable — you take feedback and run with it
• Driven — commission sales, retail, restaurant, or management background preferred
• Willing to get licensed — insurance license not required to start, but you’ll need to get one

• $60K–$85K base earning potential with top performers earning $120K+ (hourly + commission)
